PICO RIVERA, Ca. - Krieger Specialty Products has announced that the company's South Region Sales Manager, Mr. Bob Carpenter AHC, will taken on a new role as Technical Consultant starting April 1, 2009. In his new role, Mr. Carpenter, who has been the Regional Sales Manager for the company's South region since 1993, will be responsible for developing national sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, providing support to regional sales associates, guiding marketing tactics and enhancing the overall customer experience with the company's brand, products and services.

With an extensive knowledge of Krieger's product characteristics, technical specifications and the ever-changing regulatory standards, Mr. Carpenter will work directly with customers on technical questions, specification issues, detailed product overviews and product selection. When asked to describe the customer benefit of his new role, Mr. Carpenter states "Krieger customers will now enjoy an even quicker response to daily inquiries on their architectural plans and specification preparation-resulting in fast completion, delivery and installation of their custom ordered products".

The Southern territory previously represented by Mr. Carpenter has been divided among Krieger's established sales team. Mr. Bob McCluney from Krieger's headquarters in California will handle Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. Mr. Richard Adams, the Midwest Sales Manager, will handle Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas. And, Mr. Ken Kuzman, the Northeast Sales Manager, will handle Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

In his new role, Mr. Carpenter will be also be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the company's AIA, DHI, and CSI accredited continuing education courses, as well as staying informed of regulatory decisions, changes in standards, market trends and economic conditions.

Mr. Carpenter's new role, and the extensive experience and expertise he brings to it, is a welcomed addition to the company.
